I first had the privilege of getting to know Kevin about 8 years ago: he was assigned as one of the engineering technicians on a complicated radio we were both working on. Kevin’s skills and talents in the lab made him a sought-after technician on complex radio hardware. Make no mistake: Kevin’s talents made a difference on critical systems for our Nation’s defense. But Kevin was so much more: also, a hunter and fisherman, we would often compare notes on the best spots to flush a pheasant, catch some trout, and even get on antelope out west. He will be missed by many. Godspeed my friend, until we meet again!
