The condolences of my family to Darlene and the Frasher Family. May you celebrate Phil’s life as you grieve his passing. Phil was a slightly older cousin that I looked up to in my formative years. Our deepest sympathies to our second cousins, we are so sorry to hear about Phil’s passing. Our mom, Catherine (sister of Angela Frasher) thought so much of all of her family, and especially appreciated Phil when she was living in Dyersville. We are sorry to miss the visitation and the opportunity to see all of you.
