My sympathy to the entire Sudmeier family. I fondly remember the summer that I helped Aunt Laura with her yard work and gardening because she had a surgery that prevented her from doing the work that she enjoyed herself. Every midafternoon, Laura would call me over to the picnic table where we would enjoy warm conversation, and an ice cold Pepsi. 40 years ago, but I still remember those days fondly. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. Marty Krapfl

My thoughts and prayers are with Laura's family. I always remember with fondness both Aunt Laura and Uncle George. I remember spending lots of time visiting them when they had the appliance store. Her gentle sense of humor and kindness will be missed.

I extend my deepest sympathy to the entire family. Laura was always a kind and gentle lady that I was proud to have had the pleasure to call "Aunt Laura". Many fond memories with the Sudmeier family as a child growing up in New Vienna. I remember buying my very first AM/FM radio at the Sudmeier Appliance Store with money made from my paper route. It was always nice visiting with George and Laura and always wished I was old enough to try one of Uncle George's fresh brewed beers. May God bless your entire family at this time of loss.
