We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to Loey and the entire McCabe family. Where do we begin to talk about the positive ways that Bob has influenced our lives. Whether it was a friendly smile as we entered the bank, a quick conversation with Steve as he passed his store on his way home for lunch, in patriotic dress at VFW and American Legion events, a helpful hand at the VFW fish fries, his work on the beautiful and touching Veterans Square in New Vienna, his knowledge and expertise in all things as he helped the New Vienna Historical Society in preserving the history of New Vienna. These are only a handful of the things Bob was involved in. There is no doubt that Bob was welcomed into heaven with these words: "Well done good and faithful servant". (Matthew 25:23)
