Dear Deb sorry for your loss. I'd like to share a memory with you. When Jim was a rookie he was riding with me and we shared many good times together. I'm sure you remember when you and Jim first met at Mercy Hospital detox where you were working. After you guys first met Jim was wanting to take the drunks up to your area rather than the county jail so that he would have a chance to see you. Martha and I are flying out today for a week long cruise. Therefore I will be unable to attend the services for Jim. My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. Jack Winterl

I have known Jim & Debbie and their family for many years. Debbie and I are close friends, but we did many things together as couples and close friends over the years. I will remember Jim as one of the nicest people I know. Always a concerned friend, and a gentleman. I will miss him. Debbie, and the family have my deepest sympathies. Love too you, Chris First

I am so sad to read that Jim passed away from this life. He was everything that was written of him in his obituary. Jim was hired as our Jones County Tracker and was so perfect for that position. He was kind but related so well with our delinquent youth and their families. He was a class act of a person. My sympathies are with you, his family, and friends.

Noonan family, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother Jim. It sounds like he followed his dreams and had many achievements in his life even after retirement. I am sure in the coming days, there will be a lot of stories and great memories being shared. May all those memories help you through this sad time.

Captain Noonan is remembered as the best training captain any rookie could ask for. He was always fair, stern and compassionate. May he rest in peace.

On behalf of the Freedom Foundation and the Veterans we serve daily, I wish to extend our "heartfelt" sadness with Jim's passing. Jim served his Nation and his community with honor and distinction. At the Freedom Foundation's Veteran Center, Jim was deeply admired and well liked!! I will miss Jim stopping into my office and having wonderful conversations with him. Jim was an amazing individual, who cared deeply for others and risked his life for us all!! I and many others had the privilege and honor to have Jim as a friend and he will not be forgotten!!
May God Our Father grant eternal peace and salvation to Jim. Please Lord ease the pain and suffering of Jim's Family and Friends during this time of great loss-Amen!! Rest Easy Jim-You Have Completed Your Mission!!!
Respectfully,
Chuck Elias

To Deb and her Family my thoughts and prayers are with You. Jim and I first met in Rookie School, 1974. Jim had a white limo at that time. I will always remember the rookies going to lunch in that limo. Jim would act as the chauffeur as we pulled up to the Village Inn wearing our police khaki uniforms. Jim was always a "Class Act". Jim was a True Friend and Great Cop. He may be going 10-42 on Earth but his shift in Heaven is 10-41.
