So sorry to read of the passing of Lou. She played many roles and gave so much of her life to the New Vienna community. I remember how dedicated she was to preserving the history of the area with her volunteer time at the Heritage House and especially on the “Roots and Wings” project. She spent hours and hours searching for information and stories and helping others to recall and share their memories. Lou and her work will be be remembered forever with gratitude. I will not be able to attend the service or visitation, but know that all of you will be in my thoughts as you celebrate Lou’s life.
