My heart goes out to the family and friends of Catherine. Death is perhaps the most difficult hardship we face in this world. Please keep in mind the beautiful hope God gives us for the future in Revelation 21:4, which states: “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will me no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” May the God of all comfort help you to endure during this difficult time of loss, remember to throw your burden on him and he will sustain you (Psalms 55:22).

I’m so sorry for your loss. In difficult times like this, God encourages us to pray to him for comfort. Psalms 50:15 says, “Call on me in the time of distress. I will rescue you,” He will give us the strength to endure through these hard times, and continue to give us hope. We can look forward to a time in the near future where we will be able to see our loved ones who we lost in death here on the earth. John 5:28,29 says: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” Praying to God now will give us comfort until we are able to see them again. Catherine seemed like a great person, who also was interested in the Bible and it’s promises. She seemed like a very family oriented person, and will be missed.

I am saddened by the news of Catherine's passing. I am sure Mom and Dad, Grandpa and Grandma, Artie, Wilma, and Father Augustine have welcomed her with open arms. I have so very many fond memories of going to Catherine and Hugo's house, and playing with all of you cousins. Your mom was a very special lady and a wonderful cook!!! Cherish your memories, each and every one of them.
Love,
Diane & Ray

Whenever she had the neighbors over she always made homemade donuts! They were delicious. Heaven has another great lady.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Something that comforts me is to think of the time in the near future when God will take away these problems that we are facing today. The Bible gives us a wonderful hope of a paradise here on the earth where we will not have anymore suffering, and we will be reunited with those we lost in death. Revelation 21:4 promises: “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Praying to God now will comfort us until we are able to see our loved ones again.
