I am deeply sorry for your great loss, she truly sounded like a wonderful woman. Please keep in mind the beautiful hope God gives us for the future in Isaiah 25:8, which states: “He will swallow up death forever, and the sovereign lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.” Remember to “throw your burden on Jehovah,” during this difficult time, “and he will sustain you,” (Psalms 55:22).

Vickie and families, We are so sorry you have lost Friday and so sad she didn't make it to her 100th birthday. I loved stopping and talking with her, even though sometimes it was appropriate to say only "Hi, Friday." She always had a smile and was such a joy. It just won't be the same without her smiling face in Oakcrest. She will be missed by many. May you feel God's presence as you walk your journey of grief.

Dear Vickie and family,
Even though I did not know your mother, I feel after reading the tributes to her, that I did know her. Praying for you as you walk in the valley of darkness, because losing a mother is extremely difficult no matter the age. As the days proceed, I feel sure you will have stories and memories to share that will help fill the void of her absence. Vickie, your mom has seen the great light, and I feel a star of brightness will shine upon all of you left to mourn her death as you look into the highest heavens. Sincere sympathy to each one of you. Miriam Eick

Vicki and Marv, your mom was a amazing women, I used to take care of her at Ellen Kennedy. I loved her so much, she was more than a resident to me. Always made me laugh. I remember her making some candy in her room. She always talked about her whole family. She had pictures of them on her fridge. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sending hugs and thoughts to you as you are going through this sad time. I will miss Friday! She was so full of life and love.... She always called me by name and loved talking about the old days! My list of memories includes going to Courchane’s and meeting mom and dad there after Kevin and I had been to a movie! Love to you....
