Betty and Family,
I am sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of stopping by your house on Sunday evenings on our way home from Grandpa & Grandma Lammer’s. Doc would get a call that a cow was having a calf and he would take dad with him. Then dad would tell us all about it on our way home. We were all in awe of Doc. He was a wonderful Uncle to Hal and I and wonderful Brother-in-law to our parents Glen and Dorie Ryan. He will be dearly missed.

My dear Betty and Family,
Oh I was so saddened today to learn by way of Ann that Doc had been called to his heavenly home. I send my sympathy to you Betty and to your family. Oh, Doc had such special meaning to me from two stand points. We always enjoyed visiting at Beckman Sporting Events. Add to this the number of times, I checked out his westerns to him at the public library. He was truly a man around town and liked by everyone. He will be missed.
