He was a special man with a tender heart and I am so sad to hear this. I know his struggles were great and the Lord saw he was tired. Him and dex were such buddies. I had a feeling when he went to Baraboo it was a journey of goodbyes and even though it was a rough one he wouldn't have it any other way. I could tell he was determined. He is soaring with the angels I know with his loving wife and daughter. My last words to him were I will say prayers for you AL and he didn't reply. I think we knew he fight was almost over. I was ever so blessed to be chosen to be part of his journey . I will always remember that smile. Godspeed Dear Al. You will be missed.
