MONTICELLO, IOWA

Elinor A. "Ellie" Finch, 83, of Monticello, Iowa passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at her home with her husband by her side from End Stage Renal Failure.

Elinor has generously donated her body to science. No services will be held at this time. 

She earned a degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and a Masters degree from the University of San Francisco. She worked in the nursing field for 40 years. 

In retirement, she enjoyed gardening, reading, and the occasional fishing trips.

Ellie leaves behind her husband, Ernie; children:Terrie Shaft, Patti Riccordi, David Shaft; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
