Obituary of Betty Louise Noe

Betty Louise Noe, 74, of Anamosa, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Monday April 15, 2013. The family will greet guests from 11a.m. to noon Saturday April 20, followed by a celebration of life service at noon at Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial will be immediately following at Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello. Betty was born on September 21, 1938, in Monticello, the daughter of Joseph and Margaret Ahrendson Cole. She was united in marriage to Alvin Everett Noe on December 22, 1956. She worked at the Anamosa hospital as a dietary tech/cook. After retirement, she enjoyed spending her time with her family, playing bingo, garage sales, gardening and delivering fresh produce to local vendors and to many people who were not able to shop outside the home gathering loyal customers and friends along the way. Her good conversation, great laugh and beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew her. Those who were thankful for sharing her life include her children: Richard (Cindee) Noe, Marion; Marilyn (Patrick) Sams, Jim (Kim) Noe, Steve Noe, and Debra (Mike) Carson all of Anamosa; grandchildren, Danielle and Rose Carson, Seth, Jennifer, and Melissa Noe; and a brother Dan Cole, Marion. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Alvin Noe; her parents; and step father, Edward Lahr; sisters Mildred Henderson and Carol Elhts; and a granddaughter Crystal Carson. She was Loved very much by her family
