MONTICELLO, IOWA Laura L. "Lori" Hall, 74, of Monticello, Iowa died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Monticello Nursing & Rehab. Center. Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013, at the Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello, Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Kramer Funeral Home, Monticello, Iowa. Laura's remains will be cremated with inurnment scheduled at a later date. Officiating will be Mike Martin and Craig Stadtmueller of the Berean Bible Church of Monticello. Lori was born on September 7, 1938, in Central City, Iowa, the daughter of Ode O. and Ruth (Snyder) Ellison. She graduated from the Monticello High School with the Class of 1958. She most recently worked for Systems Unlimited as a caregiver. She was an active member of the Berean Bible Church of Monticello. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends and whipping her son at cribbage. Survivors include her son, Bryan Tinker of Urbandale, IA, 2 brothers: Richard (Susan) Ellison of Monticello, and Robert (Edith) Ellison of Tampa, FL; a sister-in-law, Linda Ellison of Macon, GA, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Gail Tinker Reiman in 1989, brothers and sisters: Clayton, Carl, Franklin, and Darrell Ellison, Ruby Angerstien, Leona Brennemann, Betty Wonder, Arlene Jensen and Jean Busching. Memorials are preferred to Camp Courageous of Iowa. Laura was a great mother, sister, aunt and friend to everyone. Information available and condolences accepted at www.kramerfuneral.com.
