Survivors include 5 daughters: Lois (Robert) Leonard of Center Junction, IA, Lorraine Hunter of Hopkinton, IA, Helen (Rhinehart) Topping of Anamosa, IA, Rita (Wilfred) Kleitsch of Monticello, IA and Mary (Tom) Takes of Cedar Rapids, IA; and 1 son, Donald (Sandy) Sternhagen of Marion, IA; 27 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren and numerous step great and great-great grandchildren; 3 brothers: Melvin Tucker of Monticello, and Eldon (Inez) Tucker and Kenneth Tucker, both of Hopkinton, IA; 2 sisters: Luella Sternhagen of Hopkinton and Dorothy Tucker of Monticello; 1 son-in-law, Cecil Boner, of Amber, IA and 1 sister-in-law, Doris Tucker of Manchester, IA. She was preceded in death by both of her husbands, a daughter, Marlene Boner; 2 sons in law: Alfred Pejchl and Fred Hunter; 1 great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Hunter; a sister, Viola Moriarity, and 2 brothers, Joseph and Elmer Tucker; 2 brothers-in-law: Jack Moriarity and Leo Sternhagen and 2 sisters-in-law: Vivian Tucker and Virginia Tucker Grace was born May 8, 1914, in Epworth, IA, the daughter of Edward and Anna (Tucker) Tucker. She married William R. Sternhagen on Nov. 16, 1932, They farmed in the Worthington/Farley area. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1947. She married Frank H. Miller on Sept. 12, 1955 at Iowa City, Iowa. Together they farmed outside of Hopkinton until retirement. They retired in 1972 and moved to Monticello in 1973. He preceded her in death on May 26, 1992. She was a homemaker who enjoyed baking, flowers gardening and bingo. She worked at the Monticello Senior Home from approximately 1975 - 1985.
