Obituary of Graham Wiggins

Graham was born on September 13, 1937 in Oxford, England, the son of Bertram Roiley and Violet (Green) Wiggins McGurk. He served in the U.S. Army for 8 years, and married Jo Ann (Jody) Millenkamp on May 7, 1966 in Mason City, Iowa. Graham was an Iowa Highway Patrolman from 1965-69, a school psychologist from 1972-78 at the Dubuque County Education Association & Keystone Area Education, and then employed at Regional Education Association as a psychologist in Lawton, OK. He later was Director of Family Support in Upper Heyford England Air Force Base from which he retired in 1989. Graham was an avid sportsman especially enjoying hunting, fishing and golfing. Survivors include his wife, Jody; a sister, Irene (Ernie) Eldridge of England; a half-brother, Patrick (Darla) McGurk of Lake Mills, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Rita Wiggins of Lawton, OK; a brother-in-law, Tom (Jan) Millenkamp of Dyersville, IA; and many nieces and nephews. _ He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Roiley Wiggins and his stepfather, Clarence McGurk. American Legion Post 137 will accord military rites.
