Ann was born on August 5, 1910 in Granville, Iowa, the daughter of William and Kate (Erpelding) Malget. She married Arnold F. Mousel on April 24, 1939, in Adrian, Minnesota. She and her husband owned and operated Arnie's Place in Alton, Iowa. Ann enjoyed flowers, crocheting, baking, playing cards, bingo and checkers. Survivors include: Carol (Jim) Forkenbrock of San Antonio, Texas; James (Jan) Mousel of Eden Prairie, Minnesota; Frank (Judy) Mousel of Dyersville, Iowa; Dan (Shelley) Mousel of Edgewood, Iowa and Patrick (Kathy) Mousel of Benttendorf, Iowa: 16 grandchildren; Mike and Tom Forkenbrock, Sandy Watson, Rob and Anne Mousel, Tracey Schlarmann, Jennifer Brehm, Kristi Smith, Jenny Wulfekuhle, Kris Burkey, John,Katie and Jude Mousel, Michele Crouse, Heath Mousel, Danielle Zillyette: 21 great grandchildren: 2 brothers; George Malget of Luverne, Minnesota and Adrian Malget of Olwein, Iowa: 2 sisters; Alvina Ruppert of Greeley, Colorado and Joan Malget of Phoenix, Arizona. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son Arnold Jr., two brothers; Nick and Roman Malget and one sister; Viola Ruppert. Friends called from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.Thursday, April 28, 2005, at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a parish scripture service was held at 4:30p.m. conducted by Rev. Jerry Kopacek. Family received friends on Friday April 29, 2005, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton, Iowa with a rosary at 5 pm and a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.
