Survivors include her daughter, Gladys Hoeger of Dyersville, 2 sons: Loyd (Carol) Jasper of Dyersville and Kenneth (Margie) Jasper of Manchester; 8 grandchildren: Dan (Rose) Hoeger, Dean (Cindy) Hoeger both of Cedar Rapids, Neil (Linda) Hoeger of Dyersville, Nancy (Rick) Heim of Farley, Duane Jasper, Glen (Kris) Jasper both of Cedar Rapids, Kevin (Courtney) Jasper of Highland, MI and Janet (Jamie) Hogan of Round Lake Beach, IL; 22 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; 1 aunt, Marc Wuchter. She was preceded in death by her husband Emil in 1978, 2 brothers: Hubert and Joe Fangman; 2 sisters: Eulalia Jasper and Olivia Ham and a son-in-law Tony Hoeger. Monica was born on May 25, 1915 in Dyersville, Iowa, the daughter of Clem and Josephine (Wuchter) Fangman. She married Emil Jasper on April 18, 1934 in Dyersville, Iowa. She was a homemaker and helped cater many weddings and funeral dinners. She enjoyed spending hours quilting. Special thanks to everyone at Oak Crest Manor for their loving care.
