Obituary of Brittany Clemen

Surviving are her parents, 3 siblings, Tyler, Allison and Ryan, all at home, paternal grandparents, Ambrose Clemen and Mary Clemen, both of Hendersonville, Tennessee, paternal great grandparents, John and Leona Cook of New Vienna, Iowa, a step grandmother, Norma Platz-Deppe, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Helen Deppe, her great grandparents, Leonard and Frances Clemen, Clem and Frances Deppe and Art and Clara Wedewer. Brittany was born January 31, 1991 in Dubuque, Iowa the daughter of Dan and Bev (Deppe) Clemen. She just completed her freshman year at Western Dubuque High School in Epworth where she was active on the Volleyball and Soccer teams. Brittany loved sports, both participating and watching, and she loved to go boating and camping, but most of all just being with her family or hanging out with friends. While at home she lived on the computer if not on the telephone. She was a GREAT "Big Sister", always watching her siblings. Friends may call from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at the Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a parish scripture service will be held at 4 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2006, St. Francis Xavier Basilica in Dyersville with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Jerry Kopacek will officiate.
