Obituary of Dale John Krapfl

He is survived by his mother Kay of Dyersville; brothers Keith (Becky) of Dubuque and Kevin (Maria) of Dyersville; sisters Kathy (Kerry) Trimble of Waterloo, Vicky (Wayne) Wessels of Manchester, Tammy (Jeff) Osterhaus, Lisa Krapfl, Kim (Karl) Loeffelholz, Karri Krapfl, Jennifer (Steve) Wessels, all of Dyersville, and Jackie (Glen) Naber of Eldridge, IA; 15 nieces; 2 nephews; 3 great nieces; 2 great nephews; and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father in 1987 and his brother Dean in 1992. Dale was born on June 3, 1955 in Manchester, IA to Roy and Kathleen (Bartels) Krapfl. He resided at Area Residential Care at Carriage Hill in Dubuque. Dale enjoyed music, car rides, root beer floats, outings, the Fourth of July fireworks, and especially his family and friends. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the ARC staff and his extended family for the excellent care, compassion and friendship given to Dale throughout the years. You were always there for Dale and he loved each of you very dearly. "What day is it today?" A Dale J. Krapfl Memorial Fund is being established.
