Addison Bockenstedt Destival and Emma Bockenstedt Destival, twin daughters of Micah and Kelly Destival, were born into heaven Friday, June 27, 2008 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, IA. In addition to their parents, survivors include grandparents Wayne and Joyce Bockenstedt, Guttenberg, IA and Dave and Ginny Destival, Jefferson, IA; great grandparents Cal and Toots Bockenstedt, Luxemburg, Aileen Althoff, La Motte, IA, Del and June Destival, Fairbank, IA and Irene Paige, Fort Dodge, IA and aunts Kristi (Jared) Buhman, Belleville, WI, Amy Bockenstedt and special friend Rick Courcier, Pleasant Hill, IA, Miriam (Tommy) Augustin, Memphis, TN, and Leah Destival, Jefferson. They were preceded in death by great grandfathers Al Althoff and Rev. Warren Paige. Private family services were held on Sunday, June 29, 2008 in Luxemburg, IA. Burial was in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Luxemburg.
