Obituary of Bradley M. Kennedy
Bradley M. Kennedy, 31, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024 at St. Francis Xavier with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Chris Podhajsky will officiate.
Brad was born on January 21, 1993 in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Tom and Vicky (Elsbury) Kennedy. He graduated from Beckman High School with the class of 2011. He then attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design in 2016. Brad was passionate about his career as a products and UX designer.
Brad enjoyed spending time with his family and partner, Abigail, going to concerts, and riding on his motorcycle. Brad was soft, kind hearted, and known for his dry and witty sense of humor. Brad was a talented artist and musician who loved supporting the local art and music scenes. He will always be remembered as the loving and fun Uncle Brad.
Survivors include his partner, Abigail Hedley; mother, Vicky Kennedy of Dyersville; grandmother: Joan Kennedy of Dyersville; siblings: Mitchell (Kylee) Kennedy of Omaha; Danielle (Craig) Manternach of Cascade; nephews: Cayden Manternach, Logan Manternach and Baby Kennedy on the way; aunt, Kris Gibson (Jeff Demmel) of South Amana, and Uncle Doug Elsbury, of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Kennedy in 2019; grandparents: Vernon Kennedy, Leo and Janice Elsbury.
