Our sympathies to Doug and Dawn and the rest of the Goebel family. Jack was a hard working with a never quit attitude. He always had a smile on his face and appreciated a good time. There will always be memories of working on the farm with him that will stay forever with me.
Rest In Peace, Jack.

Hello. I only met Jack a few weeks ago on the Sunday before the tractor ride. Jack was a ways off from his destination and his tractor was having engine problems. My dad and I loaded up his tractor on our flatbed trailer, and then I took Jack over to Monticello to register. Afterward, I took Jack and his tractor home to Colesburg. Jack was an interesting man to listen to. Jack had many stories to share, just like my late uncle who passed away last November. My sympathies to his children, who he spoke highly of during our short time together. May Jack rest in peace. C. Krapfl

Jack missed Ernie so much. They were the best of friends and spoke at least once a day if not more. He was a very generous and thoughtful brother-in-law, and thought so much of our grandaughter Regan. He will be missed.

When I was a young girl I loved spending my summer vacations with Jack and family on the farm. I enjoyed bottle feeding the calves, helping wash off the cow udders and feeding hay to the cows. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun in those days. My deepest sympathy to Doug, Dawn and the rest of the family. Tammy Kahle
