I am so sorry to read of Jay's passing but smiled when I read he was still up to shenanigans. Our senior year Jay and another classmate were know for some good ones. One day they wore print boxers over their white jeans. It wasn't long till they were stopped by a teacher. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Sue (Gogel) Wooder Class of '70

Cousin Jay - I have such fond memories of you; jumping in the hay barn, playing softball, and numerous family picnics where you were always having a good laugh over something. You were so "wiry" and able to do all kinds of physical feats. I remember once at the Hanken family home in Springville; you inched your way up the wall in the staircase by wedging your back against one wall and your feet on the opposite wall, you essentially climbed up the wall and wouldn't let us girls come up. Whenever we tried to go up the stairs you reached down with those long arms and swatted at us - that is until your mom came and made you get down. I also remember you working long hours with your dad to build my parent's home.
