Sorry that I was out of town and unable to visit with your family members during this difficult time. Dorothy was a guiding light during my younger years that won't be forgotten and will be sorely missed.

Dennis,
Sorry to hear about your mother. I remember carrying out her groceries,
always a smile and something funny to say.
She was the only person I knew who bought more
groceries than our mom.

I was saddened to receive the call that Aunt Dorothy had passed. It is comforting that your mom is now with Dixie after all these years.
I will always remember Merlin & Dorothy hosting Easter at the acreage near Worthington. All of us Maiers 1st cousins watching “The Wizard Of Oz” on the the livingroom floor. That is a fond memory I will always treasure.
Unfortunately, Roger & I will not be able to attend the wake or funeral due to I am recovering from back surgery.
We do send our Deepest Sympathies and hugs to all!
