Ken, Susan and Cindy,
I was very shocked to hear of Dave's death. My heart goes out to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you today especially during his funeral and burial. You have experienced these final acts far too many times. I like to remember the words of St. John Chrysostom: "Those whom we love and lose are no longer where they were before.
