Our deepest condolences to Rose's family and friends. Rose lived each day to the fullest, she loved deeply, and she made friends easily. Although we only met Rose this past spring, we noticed these qualities immediately. Whether it was yoga on the beach, paddle boarding in the gulf, photographing every sunset, dressing up in silly sunglasses as a Sweet Potato Queen wannabee to have tea with friends, or endless hours of shopping, Rose was always game for anything even when she didn't feel well. Rose's love for Budda was ever-present, kind and caring. We could tell that she loved her family just by the way she talked about them being her life-line. And, friendships came easily to Rose because of her out-going personality. She just put people at ease and let them know they were special. Rose was a gift to every life she touched. She will be missed but we are so grateful to have know her. May the memories of wonderful times spent together sustain you during this difficult time. Peace be with you. Ron and Anne, Woodland MN

Rosie has been my friend for thirty five years. I will always remember her as the fun, sweet girl that I went to parties and dances with back in the eighties. And more recently as the caring friend who kept in touch with me even when she had so much going on, and wasn't feeling the best on many days. When I last saw her a few weeks ago, she was complimenting me and trying to make me feel good. Sick as she was, that's just the kind of person she is. There will never be another person as beautiful on the inside and outside like Rosie was. My deepest sympathy to all of her family and friends. I will always love and miss her, and will pray for her every day. She is certainly a beautiful angel now!

Rose was a beautiful person and will be missed by so many. She became part of our family in 1988 when she was a nanny for our five children. She was so loving and she cared for them as if they were her own. She will always be part of us.She never forgot them whether it was their birthdays or holidays. So happy that she was able to visit us a few times a couple of years ago and attend our daughter's wedding. Our condolences to Bob "Budda", Rose's mom and the entire Putz family. Rose was truly a blessing to us all.
Love, The McDonough family

I was saddened when I heard Rose lost her fight - she was far too young to leave us. My deepest sympathies go out to her entire family - especially Ed. I did not see Rose in her final few years but communicated with her on Facebook - each time she commented on a post or posted something herself, her humor and love of life, was evident. She was a caring, compassionate and thoughtful woman who will be missed by everyone she knew.

Rosie, Thankyou for your friendship of many years, I enjoyed being your friend, and I enjoyed talking always with you on the phone, living so far , the last time I was home, I was not able to get to you for a visit, You understood, I will hold onto your passion for life, and your fight, you had while battling cancer, You never ever gave in, you were one of the friendliest friends I had, Now, you can rest, and the heavens gained another beautiful and special friend, Let your light shine, for others, who struggle , your compassionate personality, is one of the biggest reasons we were buddies, I will hold unto the memories I have of you, and carry on, May you know , I love you, and glad you were a friend in my life, May you fly with the angels, and let me know your presence, In your name Lord Jesus, I pray for the family, at this time of their loss, she was a special person to me, and will be missed dearly, Your friend, Ann

Dear Budda and Putz Family Members,
Hearing of the loss of my dear friend, Rose leaves me feeling so distraught. It is hard to fathom, Rose will not be coming to my basement to get Christmas gifts for all the folks she helped. Rose was the kindest woman I ever met. Always sharing, always giving, always looking out for someone else. Her pain never got in the way of her kind gestures in this life. Now she is reaping the rewards of her years of suffering. I am sincere in saying to each one of you that you have my sincere sympathy and prayers as you walk in the valley of darkness. She has carved a niche in our families heart and we are so sad for all of you. May she rest in peace. Miriam
