Dick was truly a blessing to Duschner Dairy. He had a wonderful smile and never let anything get him down. You could count on him being in the parlor every morning at 4:30am getting ready to milk. He got along with all the employees and was able to razz them just like they did to him. They even had him dancing while milking. Our kids loved him and in return he loved them like they were his own. We have many great memories of Dick. May you rest in peace dear friend.

Dick you will be greatly missed by everyone from Duschner Dairy. You were like an uncle to me and I am blessed to have met you while you worked on my dad's farm for many years. It was always a joy to milk cows with you. You always had a great sense of humor and got along with everyone on the farm. I am so happy that you will be reunited with your wife, Shirley and your daughter in heaven. Rest in peace Dick!

My sincerest sympathy to all of Dick's family...his children, brothers and sisters. I called him my quiet cousin because he always listened more than spoke when the huge Riniker clan gathered together. What I'll remember most about Dick is how easily his smile came when I did speak with him, and how he seemed to have such a gentle soul. I can only imagine the gates of heaven being wide open to beckon him in. The Rinikers in heaven are having their own reunion, and it's no doubt they're having a good time!
Will be with you in spirit and prayer in the days ahead. Blessings to all.
