Dianne R. Wuchter, 57, of Manchester and formerly of Earlville, died Thursday, April 9, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family, after a short illness.
Friends may call from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, Apr. 13, 2015, at Kramer Funeral Home, 750 12th Ave SW in Dyersville. Friends may continue to call from 9 - 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Apr. 14 at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Petersburg. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
Dianne was born January 21, 1958, in Manchester, Iowa the daughter of Carl and Rose (Scherbring) Hansel. She graduated from Beckman High School with the Class of 1977. She married Jake Wuchter in 1984, and had their son, Chris, in 1985. They later divorced. Dianne worked at Modernfold in Dyersville for 33 years, where she met her fiancé, Ed.
She loved to go garage saling and collecting things for her crafts.
Survivors include her son, Chris (friend Cortney) Wuchter, of Earlville, a granddaughter, Olivia, her fiancé, Ed Pape of Manchester, her mother, Rose Hansel of Petersburg, 2 sisters: Carol Herman of Manchester and Elaine Hansel of Dubuque, Ed's children: Jeff, Ryan and Rebecca Pape, all of Dubuque, a niece and several nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl in 1994, a brother, Robert in 1970, a brother-in-law, Rodney Herman.
