Sarah was born on February 26, 1969, in Dubuque, the daughter of Ernest and Ann (Kramer) Pfab. On November 22, 1997, she was united in marriage to Scott Ray Wolfe at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Garryowen.

Sarah spent her life devoted to serving others. She was an occupational therapist assistant for several years before she became a stay-at-home mom where she always put her children first. When Sarah moved back to this area, she worked at Hills and Dales for eight years where she went above and beyond for her clients. She loved Harry Potter, Supernatural, Bones, and Deadpool. Sarah had great taste in music and the best dance moves. Jack and Envy were her favorite furry friends.

She had a truly kind, generous, and selfless soul. Sarah was dedicated to family and her clients. She always had a smile and contagious laughter. Wherever she went, she made everyone feel welcome. Sarah truly touched so many lives in her short life.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Wolfe, of Peosta; three children: Brenna Wolfe, Becca Wolfe, and Tyler Wolfe; her mother: Ann Pfab, of Peosta; five siblings: Dennis (Julie) Pfab of West St. Paul, MN, Dean (Kris) Pfab of Bernard, Luke Pfab of Ankeny, Ellen (Tim) Halloran, of Pittsburgh, PA, and Jude Pfab of Peosta; her mother-in-law, Sandy Wolfe of York, NE, a brother-in-law, Kelly (Dareda) Wolfe of York, NE, several cousins and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer and Sylveria Kramer and Henry and Regina Pfab, father, Ernie Pfab, father-in-law, Larry Wolfe, and her cousins, Michael and Karla Schneider and Christopher Goedken.

The family would like to thank the wonderful Centralia/Peosta EMTs and Mercy Hospital emergency room staff for taking great care of Mom.
